Denish is an experienced litigator and has represented a wide variety of clients, including businesses and individuals, from retailers, developers, builders, hoteliers, insurers, general contractors, and subcontractors, involved in personal injury, premises liability, product liability, construction defect, insurance, wrongful death, and business litigation matters. Prior to pursuing his legal career, Denish was a certified real estate inspector. He began his legal career and capitalized on his construction knowledge while working for Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Halluck from 2010 until 2013 on behalf of real estate developers, contractors, and subcontractors. Thereafter, in 2013, he joined the well-respected trial litigation firm, Ford, Walker, Haggerty, & Behar where he handled lawsuits involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, and other complex litigation matters.
Denish has a diverse background and comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Denish comes from a family of hospitality and housing entrepreneurs. His family continues the tradition of hosting travelers from all over the world. He was recently honored as the recipient of the 2022 Phinneas Banning Entrepreneurial Spirit Award.
He is actively involved in the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce in developing opportunities to revitalize the underserved waterfront community.
Denish was born in London, England and has lived in Southern California for most of his life. In his free time, Denish enjoys attending community events, traveling, and spending time with his wife and three children.
