Samantha Levak
Attorney
Samantha Levak is a dedicated attorney who found her passion for law through an early interest in justice and advocacy. She earned her law degree from Southwestern Law School, working full-time during her studies, and gained valuable experience in the Children’s Rights Clinic. Now specializing in insurance defense, she prides herself on focusing on the merits of each case and providing compassionate and thorough representation for her clients. Meet Our Staff
Ayanna Hervey
Legal Secretary
Ayanna has been a Legal Secretary for over 15 years. She got her start as a File Clerk in 2002, then quickly advanced to a Legal Secretary. Fourteen years of her career were spent in Probate. She recently made the transition back to Civil Litigation. Ayanna received an Associate of Arts degree from Cerritos College in Norwalk, CA, and a Bachelor’s degree from California State University, Dominguez Hills in Carson, CA.
Ariana’ Williams
Intake Specialist
Ariana’ is the Intake Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at the Hahn Legal Group. She has recently graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2023 and majored in psychology. The type of law she wants to pursue is family law. She desires to be an advocate for children whose parents are going through divorces along with child custody battles. Currently, Ariana’ is studying for the LSAT and preparing to apply to law school.
Taryn Damore
Legal Assistant
Taryn attends UC Law, San Francisco and has previous experience working as an Investigator at the Public Defender’s office in Santa Cruz. She has also worked with the International Rescue Committee’s Immigration department, assisting immigrants and refugees through legal applications and processes. Taryn sought to make the transition to civil litigation due to her interest in learning more about different legal fields.
Kristen Fasnacht
Legal Secretary
Kristen was raised in the Monterey, CA area. She has been interested in the law and the justice system since she was a child. She enthusiastically supports our attorneys, staff and clients to move the cases forward and to bring each one to a just resolution. Kristen has many years of Workers’ Compensation litigation experience as well. Kristen spends her free time with her husband, two sons and their Labrador Retriever. She enjoys travelling, swimming, going to the beach and volunteering at her Church.
Melanie Baldwin
Intake Specialist
Melanie has been working with children for the past 20 years in a variety of settings. She graduated from CSUDH in 2020 with a degree in Child development. She enjoys being outside and spending time exploring with her dogs.
